Thought Kuipers hasn't done anything wrong to not get the final IMO, but with only European teams left, can't say if be surprised if the African ref gets the final

For Rochi not to get quarters or semi’s would surprise me now if he didn’t get the final.

He impressed me from game 1, Spain v Portugal, I had a feeling he would be on the radar after that game.
