Depends mostly what league you referee in, over where I am the only we get in junior games is cup semi finals and finals
 
Mainly Cup Games in the league i'm in. Email your league and ask always worth ago
 
Academies are always looking for refs/AR's just give them a call or an email and ask about it, there's no harm in enquiring and it will help you get your name known as a keen referee. If you don't know the phone number for the academy then phone the main club switchboard and ask for the academy number. The main thing is to just ask around. You will soon be pointed in the right direction by someone :)
 
I get lines with under 18's league, South west women's league, and in also contacted the county premier (level 5 middle) and got some lines on there as well, although that only happens st the beginning and end of the season due to the lack of level 7's
