For those not old enough to remember the sad days of football in the 70s/ 80s/ early 90s Cyril Regis was a man mountain, a gentleman off the pitch a battering ram on it.
I've been at games and seen some awful things, chants, all sorts, happily things are far better now, partly thanks to the black trailblazers such as Cyrille Regis, Brendon Batson & Lawrie Cunningham...together they were 'The Three Degrees', RIP big Fella....
