Hello
I was at a game where one of my ARs said they put the wrong name into WholeGame for a red card.

My question is can they then change it? Or do they have to go through another procedure?

Do you mean the AR was reporting the red card additionally to yourself?

This isn't usually necessary, unless you gave the red card acting purely on advice from the assistant for something you didn't see at all.

Either way, best thing to do is to contact the county FA for the club in question and make them aware.

He was talking about a previous game when he was the middle.

I’m just asking should it ever happen what would you do to correct the decision?
 
Once submitted there's nothing you can do about it on WGS. You would need to urgently contact your CFA to get it changed before they send the charge out, you wouldn't be very popular if you told them after they'd done that.
 
I’ve been the idiot who has done this before. Fortunately it was a Sunday league game and I realised before Monday morning so I contacted the CFA before anything went out. But all you can do is let them know, worse things have happened at sea
