RefSix Issues?

Anyone else having recent issues with RefSix? While 90% of it works as normal, I’m frequently having to log back in on the app on my phone and have noticed that the exporting to a subscription calendar (iCal) has stopped working in the last week.

Have asked them on social media but no reply. Assuming they’ve had / are having some sort of server issue as the problems appear related, but wondering if anyone else has noticed the same.

Am on the ‘Plus’ level if it makes any difference.

Edit to add:

Bit more detail now I'm not typing on my phone... I used the iCal feature...

More > Settings > Preferences > Save fixtures to calendar > (copy/paste the the .ics file into iOS Calendar)

Stopped working earlier this week about the same time it kept making me log-in each time I open the app. Watch app, synching, all working fine (not entirely sure I ran 10.2km during yesterday's match but I'll take it lol), but just this particular one issue which is a PITA as I shared that calendar with family / work, and was more convenient than having to do it manually.

I really like that I can have customised timers showing, although that’s about it to be honest my watch is old and just doesn’t like GPS so I can’t say anything about that because I don’t use it. I’m looking at replacing it though so may be able to do so in the future. The few elements I do use are really good though.

TBH the customised timers (and team colours) were why I went for the Plus level. Never been a stats fan so heatmaps and tracking what minute I give the most cautions in seem... overkill

Had constant bluetooth connectivity problemd lately with apple watch. Only when trying to download a match to start. Have to go to troubleshooting and send a test result first before it syncs.
