Censorship
I do hate the players for clubs like Madrid and Barcelona who try anything to get free kicks, holding parts of bodies no contact occurred, staying down trying to force ref to card...
Anyway.
There was a foul by Valverde, cautioned, yet i didn't even think it was a foul.
Vini Jr pulls his opponent back, with that he gets an arm to his chest, goes down as if struck in face.
Deep in added time, Real get a free kick, Girona player goes down hurt 10 yards away as he is well out of position as Madrid take a quick one. As soon as ref stops play he gets up. Id have asked him to leave field. He claimed he was hurt. He wasn't.
Sorry. Just think the play acting abroad happens more than an actual game.

Oh.. finally. What is this referees kit? Hate it.

And I really dislike this card procedure. Just wrong.

Who is he carding? Cant even look at the player he is cautioning.
(It was obvious who he was carding as in, the aggressor was obvious, but remember the England game last week? Make it known who is getting the card, even higher up).

The Ref Stop
Once asked Mike Dean at a meeting why he did no look cards as the perception of it was arrogance.

After much irrelevant guffawing from those who thought they knew "they don't have to ask for the name at that level", he told me it was because he was nervous when showing the card.
