Thanks guys. I have tried this email address. I had been previously trying famoa@thefa.com. it seems this was an old one
@Sheff Ref They may take a while to reply. After 12 calls today I finally got through. They have been very buisy trying to get all the new kit out for embroidery today.
Message your county rdo and they will chase it up.
I meant I sent it of to first media and it never got to them, really gutted

@vandercar They all went for embroidery the other day because i spent almost 2 hours of my life trying to find out where my kit was. They are expecting to have them all dispatched by the end of the month.

Before you start looking you'll need your RA-FA number, 5 digits, not your NPD or FAN or whatever it's called now number.
It's well worth joining. We have a couple of our "better off" refs collect the points then donate a kit as a prize or pass one on to a ref who's short of money for whatever reason.
