The clip doesn't show the length of time between the offence and when the free kick was taken. The referee wasn't in the first shot when the foul was committed which suggests he may have ran there and began managing the free kick and therefore making it not .a quick one. If I see a proper view I may change my mind.

Looks perfectly legal, but the referee might raise doubts among the defenders as he comes to stand in front of the ball, as if he were indicating from where the kick should be taken and as if he's preparing to start counting the distance for the wall (could also block the view of the goalkeeper).
That is crazy refereeing. Regardless of what your thoughts are on quick free kicks, he's in position to manage that one, and actually prevents the keeper from seeing the ball being kicked due to standing in front of it ..!
