Since when is a whistle not a bit of kit?

since when is a lanyard not a piece of kit?

Since when aer cards and card holder not a piece of kit?

If it was tickets to a game - maybe. It's under kit and equipment and talking about - err, kit and equipment.

Must be a Welsh thing.
