do we need something in the laws around blatant cheating identified after the fact by video etc? some leagues do for simulation...

no other way to realistically stop this sort of behaviour.

At the end of the day it’s disappointing that none of the 4th officials saw the incident, but understandable given the circumstances and where it occurred etc. It is also frustrating for PNE & the Manager that the incident was not identified, but for him to describe the officials as not good enough is unfair & I suspect he could only identify from on-screen technology which I think they may be allowed to have in their T/A - unless he has bionic eyes.
