Nah. Had to go through criminal justice system first. Where proven not guilty. I'll be surprised if they come out with a different verdict. Seem to recall John Terry's taking some time too due to criminal proceedings too
 
If he was guilty he should be sacked. But he won’t be sacked, and if he was somebody else would just sign him. The classic football justice system

Likely get a pay rise to boot. The two accused are hardly role models, i'll leave it that. What really gets my gander however, is any whiff of a false accusation. Such behaviour is arguably worse than the prejudice itself. In my experience, one intuitively knows which is which, but would be hard pressed to prove it either way
