Hello,
I have 2 leagues that use pitchside to appoint. Can they see when the other league has given me a game or do I then need to close that date for a specific league? I have been double appointed today but I assumed they could see each other’s appointments as it is on the same system?

I’ve no idea what pitch side is, but generally you need to close dates with the specific leagues/competitions, as it’s rare they can see each others appointments and fixtures.

If you’re doing multiple leagues, have a chat with each appointments officer. Best course is to normally be available for weeks 1 & 2 for one league and 3 & 4 for the other (weeks can be mixed up, just using 1,2,3 & 4 as examples)

As we mentioned in a thread the other day, the irony is that closing dates gets easier the further you move up the ladder as there’s less systems and people involved. But getting your admin right is a skill in itself.
