Considering that the reason behind them is that they're supposed to be more visible, once they go up into the line of the floodlights you really struggle to see them
 
They design them to be more visible at ground level but not from a gantry up in the stands. It's not like they're really needed anyway unless it's snowing
 
How daft. Pink on greeny/browny is a terrible mix. White on green is one of the most visible contrasts. They're better off with a black football!
 
Pink??? I think the technical colour is mango, but they do look very pink under lights.

At least you are not a new zealand rugby referee
