If the team mate of the penalty taker encroaches when a penalty is being taken. Is there a caution or is it just a free kick?

This is the correct answer for OP but on its own can be misleading. If the kicker offends and kick is retaken then there is a caution. Even if kick is not retaken, there can be a caution.
