That's a deliberate play. The defender (blue) pokes his toe out and plays that ball.

Impossible to get to OS from the clip, as we don't see where the potentially OSP player is at the time a teammate last touches the ball.

But we don't need to worry about that--the poke was a deliberate act.

Might be my aging sight but I do not see a touch by the defender even after several views so offside for me.
