Interesting/unusual one this.
Forest goal disallowed because ball was moving (blown by the wind) when corner kick taken. However what makes it worthy of discussion is the fact that AR only made the decision AFTER QPR player pointed it out to him. Proof of this is that you can see Robert Jones (Ref) signal for the goal - so clearly the AR is NOT standing there with flag raised or telling him on comms about moving ball. Once they know QPR player has spotted it, they obviously have no option but to disallow the goal.
AR wrong not to raise flag straight away but obviously acting on the guidance we have all heard/given of 'no surprises' - so can't really be blamed.
