Nightmare!

Just got home and checked my notebook to submit the caution to the local FA discipline secretary and, to my horror, realise I put the caution against the wrong name on the match sheet!

I have emailed the local FA and I will pop round to the home club secretary's house tomorrow to change and initial it...am I going to be in trouble with the league? It was an honest mistake!

I doubt it, mistakes happen, and you have stood up and taken ownership of it immediately.

It should be fine, you've realised early enough and have informed everyone that needed to know

I've done this before, I informed the league, mistake was easily rectified
