Whole Game System (WGS) is used for reporting misconduct, cautions and dismissals, not for your games (appointments).
Most appointments will come through the FA Full Time website, you may be familiar with this if you have played. When you are appointed a game, it is often accompanied by an email.
You may be added to a group, if not, you should have received the contacts for the Referee/Appointments secretary for some local leagues from your RDO (Referee Development Officer - who likely led your course).
If you email these people, informing them you have recently completed your course, and would like to join their Referee's List, they will inform you how to do this.
From here, they will likely also inform you how to submit your availability, which they will appoint you games around.
