New Offside Interpretation - Video

At my RA meeting last night, it was mentioned that there is a FIFA video that goes into detail explaining the new offside interpretation.
Anyone know if such exists and if so, have a link?

The Dutch also put out a pretty good video -- the only issue is that the explanations are in... Dutch, so if you don't understand Dutch, it might be a bit tougher.

There's also this guidance from the EPL that would appear to indicate offside should have been given.
