Still think Dean should remove the band. Rules are for all and for good reason. I've seen the end result of a wedding band to face contact and it wasn't pretty

That was my initial thought when I first saw the picture, but I think that he puts his whistle on a big key ring and then hooks that around his finger. So I don't think it is his ring, but rather his whistle. I may be wrong though!

One I saw the guys finger was torn down to the bone. Face just a gash but still nasty. Can be some really awful injury's
