I think this is a clear foul even if in the first one the attacker is also deceiving the ref (and should be cautioned).
Second incident go to 05:30 where it shows the defender being cautioned and subsequently committing another potential foul in the penalty area but not sent for on field review, I think was another clear foul and should have been sent for review, I wonder if the first review not being upheld had any effect?
