Absolutely nothing in that, I'd just be continuing the game, contact has knocked him off balance due to the speed he's travelling but it's 100% not a penalty.

I stand by my comments - ridiculous decision made even worse by the fact the same team received a similar penalty a few days earlier TO THE SAME TEAM.
