Open Age Mixed game penaulty or nah

Hi all today I was reffing a match last few mins of game girl goes In front of defender and goes down and crying for pen now I'm not sure and I'm looking at @Reffy my linesman so he does not flag so no pk was given thoughts

Did you see anything that made you think a foul had been committed?

Was it inside the area?

Who had the better view, you or the AR?

What was your instructions to the ARs regarding penalty incidents?

In away I was nearest pad but to me because I've seen this type of situation on tv when an attacker on gone in front of defender and the attacker has then gone down I just was not sure so I look at @Reffy and he did not flag so did not award it but I wish I was in better angle so I could of judge it from diagonal side to diagonal back facing both player back

If he doesn't flag and you're not certain then there's no way you can give a penalty.

I don't think anyone can give you any advice here unless they were there and saw the incident, other than exactly what Southend-ref just said.
