I think the clubs need to realize that the grass isn't always greener on the other side however I do agree that the standard of certain officials needs to improve (we all know not every call we make will be correct however the idea is to get as much high profile ones correct as possible). I don't want to open up another can of worms however it's the same group of referee's who constantly get the 'big' calls wrong.

Remember as well, for years Scotland boasts how Egypt and Saudi? struggle to appoint referees to their hostile games, and are proud to send officials out there, so, I guess its understandable things turn full circle?
