Uniteds third goal - shirt pull on Rutter.

Obviously he does that annoying fake trip nonsense we see for upper body contact but you cannot say that pull hasn’t impacted him and stopped him challenging for the ball.

If I see that much of a ‘triangle’ on a shirt pull and that impact I’m giving the foul and having a word with the player about the silly little trip.

I don't think it's a foul, I don't think it's impeded him.

Feels the contact and goes down assuming it'll be given because that's what happens every week...If refs start doing this consistently then great. I'll not hold my breath though
 
Not convinced he's really impeded by the pull as opposed to just feeling it. If players are legitimately impeded they'd be better off showing us they are by making every effort to challenge for the ball as opposed to throwing themselves to ground. As above, even if you edge on the side of foul, it's definitely not clear enough for VAR, despite what Hackett says for attention.
