No, just a not-well-known IFAB answer that is contrary to prior teaching. A pretty crazy way to run the railroad—what percentage of non-professional refs will have any idea about that post? (Not that it is common enough that it is likely to be a major issue, and, of course, a ref is never required to use advantage. But what is the scope of what it applies to on restarts now? A moving ball on a FK?)
