I think we were definitely spot on with PGMOL wanting less cautions. Could have easily been a minimum fairly straight forward 2 cautions so far.

Maybe they have already passed their quota for where they should be at this stage of the competition.

Reminds me of when they raised the bar for penalties because there were too many penalties compared to previous seasons after the introduction of VAR.
