Doesn't appear to be much holding at all, not enough to warrant a free kick anyway as this is what is normally happening in the area during corners.
There was absolutely no reason why he needs to put his arm up at that exact point.
He can appeal for a foul after (if a goal is scored) or just continue.

Liverpool are under so much pressure right now that I dont think that theyre thinking straight during games and making even more mistakes.

Easy to blame others than themselves.

Agree. I really don't think there's a foul there, and I think if a foul was given against Van Dijk for the same level of holding, he would lose his mind.
