No. Which would appear to be an oversight / error.
Other possibilities. Pawson didnt think it was a foul. Or he thought it was a foul but together with Haaland's foul, they cancelled each other out (mutual holding).

This was a very unusual circumstance with a lot of things happening. Commenting on it here is one thing, learning from it is another. If this happened in my game would have done things differently? Most likely not. But now having see this what would I do differently? I think the most important thing, given the complexity of the situation, I buy myself thinking time. Send the players away and start walking to the near AR (and ignore comms). Replay the sequence of incidents in my head while walking and come up with a decision. Explain to my AR what I have seen and what my decision is (for my own benefit as well). Ask if he has seen anything different or disagrees. Get back to the middle and communicate my decision. Anyone disagrees or would like to add anything?

I thought about what I would’ve done if an offside offence had been committed instead when I was attempting to play advantage. If committing the offence was the only option (for lack of a better phrase), i.e. there were no viable options for the player other than passing to a teammate in an offside position, then there wasn’t ever really an advantage and play should be brought back and regular sanctions for DOGSO/SPA applied. (I think. I just reread Law 12 and I’m still not 100% sure about the sanction tbh.) If the player had options other than passing to a teammate in an offside position and simply makes a bad decision, then the advantage has accrued, play is allowed to continue and the offender is cautioned for unsporting behaviour when the ball next goes out of play if DOGSO. In this case, I think because of the holding offence committed by Szoboszlai prevents Haaland from scoring without himself committing a holding offence, there is no advantage, play should restart with a DFK to City and Szoboszlai should be sent-off.

He played advantage from the Szoboslai foul on Haaland 100% and he didn’t see the other foul.
