Level 4 competencies

does anyone have a copy of the new level 4 competencies? I think it would be very interesting for all to look through

I know they have to draw the line somewhere, but spoke to my RDO last night, and he said last season a ref failed going from 5-4 by 0.2 marks, I would rather by 5 marks then be THAT CLOSE and fail.

Because I aspire to get to that level! I found the level 5 ones very useful as a level 6.
