I just saw highlights of Arsenal v Newcastle and noticed Lee Mason wasn't wearing he's Fifa Badge, Is He still Fifa listed or has He been removed?:

Yes, he has been promoted. Sheffield and Hallamshire FA and Sheffield District Junior Sunday League have been keen to publicise his elevation. He's a Sheffield lad and former player in the league. I believe he started at 14.

There are always seven FIFA referees from a country from 1 Jan each year. The missing one from the list was Mr Webb, who retired during the year.
