Can Level 4 and above referees share questions from previous months’ LOTG exams? Of course, this excludes questions from the current month

I don't see why not.
The historic tests are locked at the moment. The FA have said they'll release the answers soon, at which point we should be able to share both the tests and the answers

They aren't locked.

If you go back into them after they have closed you can see the answers.

Oh right. I see no downside or wrongdoing in sharing the knowledge then when all referees have the scope to benefit from doing so

I'm on 44/45
Got the GK encroachment on a PK question wrong in the Nov test (which we can't discuss until Sunday 1st Dec!!
I thought it unforgiveable to get any question wrong on an open book test but the November one had a few 'tricky posers' in there and I doubt many people got 15/15

I don't see any issues sharing questions from closed tests. If anyone has the time to pull them out and copy/write/screen grabs them
I only raised the issue about the open test for fairness and transparency. I also wouldn't want anyone to get in trouble unwittingly for divulging answers, whether they mean to or not.
I'm also not saying you would either, I've no doubt that people are discussing them, but would rather not assume.

Yes, I also spotted OP controversy, but you posted before me on the subject!

I'm also on 44/45. Got one wrong in November but as yet I don't know which one. Again, I thought it would be easy to get 15/15 with the book open but there were some that aren't immediately obvious even with a law book.

Although a different test, but open book questions I tend not to want to look at the Laws and therefore complete mostly on memory, with checking up on one or two before I submit.

Observer test is the same as I understand it. The October one wasn't but Nov was so I didn't have to do the observe one.
