KFTPM question

During a penalty shootout the score is 10-10, the home team have just missed their 11th pen.
The away team, sensing a chance to get an edge, have their GK (who would have to take the next pen) feign injury so they can replace him (they have one sub left) with a player you know is a striker (and a PK specialist as it happens).
In law, I'm not sure there is much the referee could do about this?

Nothing. Allow the substitution, report it to the relevant authorities after the game as normal.

Unless you are a doctor and can do a full medical assessment that is

IF you were a doctor - id love to actually see the referee casually walk up to the keeper 'you seem fine to me mate, carry on' lol
