Okay, slightly different work out for you fitness puppies out there.
Kettle bell ladder!
Needed 1 kettle bell (I use a 20kg but needs adjusting to your own size and strength).
Very simple.
Do 20 Kettlebell swings
Do 10 push ups
Do 20 Kettlebell swings
This time do 9 push ups
Keep doing 20 swings and keep reducing the number of push ups until you get to zero
It starts to hurt at about half way. You really look forward to the push ups... Which are getting less and less!
