6 second law? Keeper (not the first and won't be the last) wan't far longer.
St Mirren vs Motherwell u20s
Keeper picks up the ball, holds for 16 seconds, referee finally loses patience and penalises keeper for holding the ball too long. Referee yellow cards the keeper, takes the ball off him and places it on the floor for the in-direct free kick. Switched on Motherwell player takes a quick free kick and ball ultimately ends up in the back of the net. Referee is then surrounded by complaining St Mirren players.

Great to see a referee finally punish a keeper for taking the proverbial, shame it hasn't caught on at the highest levels!
Yellow card for the keeper. Deemed to be time wasting or persistent infringement?
