joining wolves academy as referee

On tuesday I've got a meeting for wolves academy for the season has anyone been involved in academy football and what's it like

I'm starting with Arsenal's Academy next season, and I have heard from people that it is quite strict, for both players and officials. The players do not show much dissent as they are all fighting for a pro contract and so don't want to be kicked out and so are on their best behaviour. For the officials, it is strict because they want to try and develop referees (from what a mate told me), and so if you do not perform as they would like you to perform, they will consider asking you to leave! Certainly worth a try though! May be different to the one my friend told me about.
