I think a lot depends on what level of AR we are dealing with.
I’ve been dealing with first years or even first or second match ARs this season - through the prism of mentoring/observing referees. So, they just have next to no experience.
I mention goal/no goal as beginners tend to not think about it. They know offside, throw ins and corners are their duty - but, unless prepped, they are not ready for the grassroots GK to drop the ball onto the line or for the shot off the bar and in.
I put it first as goals are still the most important thing in football (until it’s drones in 2025!)
