Game ends and the player who is the sin bin tries to argue that as he didn’t swear it cannot be a sin bin and he was advised that it was and if he carried on he would get another yellow and a red. Manager from away team could not get it that it was a sin bin and he felt it was not as bad as the red card challenge to which lost them the 1 man advantage they had from the red card.

Kicking the ball away can definitely be considered dissent by action depending on the manner - so the sin bin can be used.
