I'm a 16 year old referee in Hampshire, first proper season reffing and really enjoying it! Used to play but had to stop due to other sporting commitments however still wanted to be involved with the game so started reffing.
Some of the advice to young referees is really great on here!

Just a bit of advice to you: we rarely agree on anything and 50% of threads get locked because none of us have the attention span to keep to one topic - good luck and welcome! :D
 
There is more than a fair share of jokers on here... You may have noticed already
