Hello from Ref-Vision | Building match review for refs

Ref-Vision

The Vision Based Platform for Referees
Hello everyone,

We've been lurking a bit and figured it was time to properly introduce ourselves.

I'm from Ref-Vision. We're a small UK team building a platform for football referees with a simple idea: when you review a game, the film shouldn't live in one place, your watch data in another, and your coach/assessor notes in WhatsApp or email.

What we built:

• Upload match footage (or pull in a Veo follow-cam)
• Import GPS / health exports from common watches and apps (Apple Watch, Garmin, Polar, Strava, RefSix, etc.) and sync them to the video timeline
• Invite a coach, mentor, or assessor to leave timestamped feedback on the exact moment, so you're all looking at the same clip
• An AI assistant that helps you make sense of the match from that context (metadata, GPS, tags, feedback).

We're working with county FAs and referee organisations on managed access, and individual referees can also start on their own (7-day trial).

We're here because RefChat is where a lot of the real conversation happens, new refs, match incidents, assessments, kit, the lot. We're not looking to spam the place. Happy to answer questions about how we think about review, what we're building next, or anything that doesn't make sense from the outside.

If you want a look:

Curious what you all struggle with most when reviewing your own games. Clip hunting, getting useful feedback, or tying fitness data to what actually happened on the pitch?

Happy to chat here. Again, site is ref.vision if anyone's curious, otherwise just glad to be part of the forum.
