Hi everyone,

My name is Toni, i am a level 4 referee and i am based in Jersey.
I am new here, so thank you for accepting me, i will try and stay active, but we are expecting a new arrival in a couple of weeks, so might be a little chaotic around here.

I hope you don't mind, but i have been working on a project to make referee appointments a little easier, both for the appointments secretary and the actual referees.
If there are any actual appointments secretaries here, or if anyone knows of any that would be willing to test it for me, please send me a private message and i will send you more information.

These are some of the functionalities that i have built in to the project:
  • One-click appointing using referee availability, level and conflict rules. Send, chase and confirm appointments in one flow.
  • Fixture management with CSV/XLSX import. Track dates, venues, competitions and assigned officials in a searchable view.
  • Full communication audit trail every email, accept, decline and change is logged per appointment.
  • Four built-in admin reports: workload, finals allocation, area coverage, and refs-vs-teams clash checks (exportable).
  • Referee self-service availability: referees can mark dates as Available / Conditional (with note) / Unavailable, including date ranges and recurring restrictions. Secretaries see this in an availability grid with admin override + audit log.
