Half match fee for weather call offs

I though the universal rules were:

Match postponed due to no fault of either team(Weather)-Half fee
Match postponed due to fault of one or both teams(Cant field a team)-Full fee
Match abandoned at any time-Full fee

Some guys are gonna hate me but if the match is postponed due to weather, or lights or whatever, I take my travel expenses which are 46€
If the game started or is postponed due to a team inability to start the game, full fee

Wait, what - U13 game and half-match fee was £18? Wow, or is that Scottish Pounds?

Yeah im quite lucky the league im in up here. From U13-U19 its £36. Strange actually cos U13/4 is 70 mins, U15/6 is 80 mins and U17+ is 90 minutes.

I did this on Sunday. Turned up to inspect a 3g pitch which had 2 cm of solid ice at corner flag. I waited til 0920, kick off scheduled for 9, but no thaw so called it off. Felt sorry for travelling team so I waved him half fee, only to be challenged by a parent "your not putting this off are you? At least you'll get your 20 quid" he said. Just can win
