Better still... the team in black had just got a goal in the 91st to make it 2-1. White scored off that kickoff to make it 3-1.

In the still, is the right back pointing at the offending player? No one else appears to notice as there's no appeal. Not only in the opposition half at kick off, but looked offside as well with the AR not in line with the last defender.

So that makes 4 officials who have some explaining to do (I'm presuming there's a 4th official here)
The match situation was a bit interesting. This was actually the second attempt at that kickoff.
The first time around, the referee was in a more appropriate spot (about 7-10 yards outside the centre circle). The team kicking off began their motion for the kickoff, at which time 4 defending players rushed the centre mark, getting within 5 yards before a kick was actually made. The player that's off in the other half of play started moving in that direction.
Ref blew his whistle, moved into the centre circle to get things back in order, everyone moved back to their positions, but the one player never returned. With all attention on the centre circle at that point of time due to the shenanigans... player wandering out of position missed by everyone.

amazingly its only the number 5 and the goalkeeper having a moan about it after the goal !
and, to be fair to the barca b coach he was quoted as saying that they didnt lose the game due to the ref, but because they didnt play well
