From what I can tell (based jointly on Barcelona's own website, an entry in the Catalan language version of Wikipedia and the site soccerdata.it) it's a stadium originally known as l'Estadi Català, that was developed as part of Barcelona's bid for the 1924 Olympics. Later on, under the Franco regime it was renamed to the Campo de la Foixarda as a measure to avoid anything suggestive of an independent Catalonia.
The game pictured is apparently a match played between Barcelona and Sparta Prague, according to some sources I came across.
