Open Age Great game but ruined by the usual dissent and foul and abusive language

Hi all I was on the line today and a player at the end of the game started giving us dissent he was asked twice to move away and just as he was moving away he goes to me even though at time I was talking to a player does your Lino have a disability.

So referee sends him off. Just as I'm heading back into the dressing room the same player says to me how much do you get paid so that's going into a report by me as well but over all the game was great @Padfoot you'll be proud of this referee

For any other referee, If a player ask about your fee, simply say as per the handbook.

The fee has nothing to do with them or you, the league set it.

I always find " a psychiatrist gets paid around £50k a year, I get paid a lot less and yet still have to listen to you!" works for me.

OK, I guess someone has to play the pedant it so it might as well be me - there is no longer any reference in the Laws to "foul and abusive language," rather it is "offensive, insulting or abusive language ..."
