Going by your judgement then you'd have to caution that red player for delaying the restart - within the law.

Not in this case though. They kicked off slightly before the signal so the restart had to be retaken.

That would make it easy, of course. But I never have confidence in the syncing of sound on those videos. (There was a huge brouhaha in the US over a game in which a goal was allowed after a whistle--at least that is what appeared on the TV replays. The league subsequently explained that the syncing was off on that feed and the goal was scored before the whistle.)

I'm guessing you spend a lot of time on WGS inputting cards for everything?

Ref didn't check it was all good to restart, assistant didn't assist and make him aware of player receiving treatment either.
As a team, they messed up. Thankfully it was a cup tie and they still won.
Imagine if they drew or lost......
