GK - Handball DOGSO/SPA

Reading through LOTG, trying to clarify this.

- IF the GK comes out of PA and handles to SPA or DOGSO it looks like there is no sanction?
- the only sanction appears to be SPA/DOGSO from a 2nd touch after restart?

Am I correct?

Duh.... I guess this is all related to inside the PA.... outside same rules as outfield players?

but if the GK stops an OGSO with one of the GK specific offenses for us of hands in the PA, it is an IFK only with no card
