I had a game last weekend where the away team was up 7-1 with about 20 minutes left of the game. One of the players jumped up to block the ball and it hit him hard in the back and he went down, he was not calling for a foul or anything but I saw he was injured and I knew it was his back and not a head injury so I let the play continue and then it resulted in a goal. Was I correct in allowing the play to continue

If you believed that it was not a serious injury (note - doesn't have to be a head injury) then allow play to continue.

@Caindpm, note @ChasObserverRefDeveloper is not saying you were correct in deciding it was not a serious injury. We can't tell you if that decision (deciding it was not serious) was correct. We were not there and it's one of those things you have to see to judge.
But as said, once you decided it was not serious, 'not stopping play' was correct.
