Flykicks Outside of the Box

Please forgive the awful TikTok style video.

Had a match where the number 9 was losing his mind when the keeper kicked his flykick outside of the box. His hands were handling inside the penalty area, not outside.

Now I am 99.9% sure the 9 is wrong and so is this video.

The only handling offences are for handling outside of the box.

But just posting here as a sanity check.

That's right, the only potential offence is handball so there is no issue as long as the GK has not touched the ball with their hands/arms outside the penalty area.

I am 100% sure the keeper can fly kick the ball outside of the penalty area. If anything above 100% would have made sense I would have used it.

Keeper handling outside of PA is illigal.

The video is misinformation or fake news (depending which lingo trend you keep up with). It is made to get paid for views, not to help referees or players.
