After a back injury most of this year and a shoulder problem in the last few weeks, finally get to test some fitness levels this weekend. Taking part in the Conti Thunderrun at Catton Park, Derbyshire at the weekend. Hoping to push through four 10k laps of an undulating (hilly!) course perhaps even five with my fellow team members over the 24hr duration.
